Tiny Bag

The Tiny bag was designed for my dear friend Amy — she wanted a small yet functional bag. A wallet and cell phone along with keys will all fit comfortably. There are 4 pockets for lipstick or tickets. You could make this bag using fine fabrics, such as lame’ for special occasions. You could have a matching bag for every beautiful ensemble you own.Fabric suggestions are Asian satins, taffeta, bold cottons, and thinner decorator fabrics. The straps are made of pleather/vinyl, but could be fashioned out of satin or lame’ for those special occasion looks. I would reinforce a strap made out of fabric with a fusible tricot interfacing. Stitching on pleather/vinyl is best if you use a Teflon foot and a 110 jean needle for your machine. When choosing pleather/vinyl, make sure that it is thinenough to fold easily.
