The 3 Harlow Skirt Formula is a collection of 3 skirts for 12 mos to 8 yrs.
There is a bubble, ruffle, and pocket skirt! The pockets are inverted triangles. The skirts can be made with a few different fabrics to enhance the fashion look. And due to the construction, there really is no hemming!
